Our Braner USA line is the latest addition to Monarch’s roster of high performance slitting line equipment. It is capable of slitting up through 3/8″ high strength with a turret slitting head for rapid changeovers. This unit provides greater load capacity and increased cutting speeds, allowing Monarch to take on the most demanding orders.
Slitting Capabilities:
- Hot Rolled and Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled
- Handles master coils of up to 80,000 pounds with maximum yield strength of 80,000 psi.
- Processes material from .056″ through .500″
- Maximum entry width: 78″ Maximum exit width: 76″
- Incorporates CAS (computer aided setup), shimless tooling and Gamma thickness gauge
